Its summer at Swillington Organic Farm, home of Jo Cartwright on the Old Swillington Park estate, and as the land becomes swathed in green, thoughts are turning to July 4th with a celebration of American history and the independent thinking at Swillington merged together. With nigh on thirty summers at Swillington with her own brand of compassionate and caring farming, Jo has much to celebrate.
